Fulfillment & Delivery Policy

• All orders are delivered digitally via email within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase.

• You will receive a confirmation email upon payment and a follow-up email with your personalized lookbook when it's ready.

• If you haven’t received your lookbook within the estimated timeframe, please contact us directly with your order number.

Refund Policy

Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the lookbook has been delivered.

If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out within 72 hours of delivery, and we will offer one round of minor revisions based on your initial preferences.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as styling work may begin immediately. After that window, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Return Policy

As this is a virtual service, there are no physical returns. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the styling service has been fulfilled and emailed.
